About

Our aim is to help you find the best OBD2 scan tool. This means we give you straightforward recommendations based on thorough and data-driven reviews.

Here’s how we do it:

  1. Independent Testing: We buy the products ourselves, test them, and then tell you which one is the best. We put all the products through the same tests so you can easily compare them.
  2. Ratings: Our ratings are automatically calculated from our test results. You can learn more about how we test and score products here. We spend a lot of time comparing products side by side to make sure our results are reliable.
  3. Keeping Products: We don’t just test products once and forget about them. We keep them until they’re no longer available. This way, we can go back and check them again to ensure our reviews are still accurate.

How We Make Money and How You Can Support Us:

We don’t put ads on our product review pages because we want to stay impartial. Instead, we earn money when you buy something we recommend through the links on our website. Our goal is the same as yours: to help you find the best product for your needs.

Where Our Products Come From:

Unlike many other websites, we don’t get our review units directly from manufacturers. We purchase them from online retailers like Amazon and local stores. This means the products we test are just like what you would buy yourself.

What Happens to Products After Testing:

We buy all the products we review and keep them for retesting with any updates. Once a product is no longer useful, like when it’s discontinued or not popular, we resell the review units online. If you’re interested in the products we currently have for sale, contact us here.
